Yugo Cabrio

I bought the Cabrio in Springfield Mass.  It was a recovered theft, which the p/o bought at an insurance auction.  When purchased, it had only 35K on it, but was pretty rough.  It had some body damage in the rear, some missing trim, frozen motor and broken transmission.  Because of the mechanical condition of the car, I opted for a complete performance up grade in every area. The goal being a quick streetcar for occasional auto crossing. These pages will present the changes made.
